Newcomer Lou Pucci stars as an orally-fixated teen who finds solace in sucking his thumb. But after he is encouraged by his dapper orthodontist (Keanu Reeves) and his jocular high-school debate coach (Vince Vaughn), Cobb decides to give up molesting at least one of his appendages. The result is America’s favorite prescription for disturbed teens: Ritalin. Pucci has earned more buzz for the role than any other actor his age. Also, Reeves and Vaughn upping their indie cred in this flick are worth checking out. (CC)
