    Zimbabwean Art Exhibit to Benefit AIDS Treatment

    UCSD’s AIDS Research Institute and the Zimbabwe AIDS
    Treatment Assistance Project are co-sponsoring a Zimbabwean art exhibit and
    sale to help fund AIDS treatment in Zimbabwe
    and at the UCSD School of Medicine.

    The event takes place May 10 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
    at the Mission Hills United Church of Christ. Admission is $20.

    Zimbabwean paintings, masks and story quilts will be
    available for purchase.

    In addition, faculty physicians and researchers who have
    collaborated on HIV/AIDS clinical trials with University
    of Zimbabwe
    faculty will be
    available to answer questions.
