Most people cringe at the sight of Jägermeister, especially if they have to down it as a shot. And this is understandable, since taking a shot of Jäger is like taking a shot of licorice, weasel piss and battery acid. Thankfully, there’s the “”Surfer on Acid.”” This shot combines coconut rum and pineapple juice to soften the taste of Jäger and eventually get you raging drunk.
Ingredients
1/4 oz. Jägermeister
1/3 oz. coconut rum
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
Directions
1. Pour ingredients into shaker with ice.
2. Shake it like a salt shaker and pour into shot glass.
3. For a batch, add 3 parts Jagermeister, 4 parts rum and 5
parts pineapple juice.
