1:28 p.m.: A staff member reported the theft of a monocular at Warren Lecture Hall. Loss: $150.
2:40 p.m.: Officers arrested a 21-year-old female student for misuse of a handicapped placard at Lot 104. Cited and released.
3:53 p.m.: A staff member reported the theft of computers at Thornton Hospital. Loss: $4,000.
5:35 p.m.: A 45-year-old male staff member complained of head pain after falling off his bicycle on the Gilman Drive foot bridge. Subject was not wearing a helmet. Transported to Scripps Memorial Hospital by paramedics.
7:43 p.m.: Officers towed a gold 1996 Volvo 960 for being a traffic hazard at Lot 416. Stored at Star Towing.
11 p.m.: Officers impounded a black 2000 Volkswagen Jetta in Lot 356 for having more than five unpaid parking citations. Stored at Star Towing.
