Ravi Shankar and Anoushka Shankar will perform at Copley Symphony Hall at 7 p.m. Ravi Shankar was popularized by his friendship with then-Beatle, George Harrison. His daughter Anoushka Shankar, who also plays the sitar, continues the legacy of her father with the recent release of her second album. Anoushka is the youngest and only female to be presented with the House of Commons Shield by the British Parliament for her artistry and musicianship.
