    A reporter saw an Asian male in his 20s, possibly a graduate student, climbing a trellis into a second-floor window at Engineering Building 2. Checks OK.

    Saturday, May 26

    12:55 p.m.: Medical aid

    A teenage male participating in a karate tournament in RIMAC Arena was reportedly hit in the face. Officers were called when he said he was experiencing tingling in the toes and neck. Referred to other agency.

    11:29 p.m.: Alcohol contact

    Officers responded to a party at Earth Hall North, but none of the 15 to 20 partygoers claimed to live at the residence.

    Sunday, May 27

    12:57 p.m.: Reckless driving

    A group of five Asian females in their 20s was seen “”ghostriding”” a gold Toyota Camry outside Central Mesa Apartments.

    2:03 p.m.: Vandalism

    An unknown person broke into mailboxes at Muir Commons and spread mail all over the floor.

    6:38 p.m.: Vandalism

    A reporter’s vehicle, parked in Lot 208, was keyed for the third time in the past eight months.

    Monday, May 28

    5:02 p.m.: Suspicious person

    A blond white male in his 20s was described as carrying food on a tray at Sierra Summit. The man had allegedly bothered females in the past, and was last seen heading toward John Muir College residence life office.

    Tuesday, May 29

    9:13 a.m.: Animal call

    A reporter called in a dead raven near Sun God.

    12:08 p.m.: Report of grand theft

    An unknown suspect stole 480 cages, valued at around $5 to $10 each, from the Medical Teaching Facility.

    6:07 p.m.: Harassment

    A male claimed to have received an e-mail from a Yahoo.com account threatening his life.

    Wednesday, May 30

    10:40 a.m.: Report of death

    Officers reported to North Mesa Apartments regarding a victim of possible cardiac arrest.

    1:16 p.m.: Group disturbance

    Members of a protest group and a subsequent counterprotest group refused to leave Price Center when asked by staff.

    4:18 p.m.: Hazard situation

    A group of 10-year-olds climbed on the roof of Central Mesa Apartments. Unable to locate.

    6:39 p.m.: Suspicious person

    A white male in his 50s was seen carrying a Wilson duffel bag and looking in windows on the second floor landing of Hubbs Hall.

    9:26 p.m.: Noise disturbance

    A group of 20 people played drums in Pangea Parking Structure and set off car alarms.

    10:34 p.m.: Trespass

    Footsteps and “”party-type noises”” were reported in Urey Hall Annex.

    Thursday, May 31

    10:27 a.m.: Stolen vehicle

    A white male in a ball cap was seen loading a blue motorcycle into a newer silver truck in Lot 104. Checks OK.

    9:57 p.m.: Welfare check

    Officers were requested to meet with the John Muir College residence dean regarding a male student who failed to meet with his mother at 5 p.m. that day. He had not been seen or heard from since that time.
