Drink Tank

This week’s Drink Tank is dedicated to a drink that every college student has enjoyed at one time or another. It is one of the world’s greatest mysteries that a glass filled with equal parts rum, tequila, vodka, gin and triple sec, and only a splash of sweet and sour and Coke, can taste so good. For those who have not guessed yet, or whose memory of the drink is very hazy, it is the infamous Long Island Iced Tea. However, we are going to go beyond the basics of a Long Island to take a look at one of its distant relatives: the Long Beach Iced Tea.

Ingredients

1 oz. vodka

1 oz. light rum

1 oz. gin

1 oz. tequila

1 oz. triple sec

Splash of cranberry juice

Lemon wedge

Ice

Directions
