Ingredients

1.5 ounces Stoli Peach Vodka
2 dashes bitters
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

Top with ginger beer or ginger ale. Serve on the rocks, and garnish with lime and mint. If you don’t have peach-flavored vodka, simply replace it with your favorite spirit. Enjoy this spin on a mule, and call it a modern classic.
