A reporter called officers after a screen and blinds on a bedroom window in the person’s home were cut.

Two robbery suspects were seen with machine guns and possibly holding someone hostage in an underground parking structure near campus.
Monday, April 2
2:20 p.m.: Hazard situation
Bricks were seen covering the westbound Highway 52 near Regents Road, blocking traffic. Referred to other agency.
10:24 p.m.: Suspicious person
An older male, carrying grocery bags, knocked on doors in Sixth College Apartments and asked residents for a place to sleep. Unable to locate.
Tuesday, April 3
2:54 a.m.: Noise disturbance
A group of people was described as wrestling in Lot 402.
3:27 a.m.: Citizen contact
A male who had possibly been beaten sat on a cliff near a trail leading to Black’s Beach. Arrest misdemeanor.
2:18 p.m.: Report of battery
A student allegedly spit on another person in the Gilman Information Booth and then left on foot toward Revelle College.
8:12 p.m.: Report of hit and run
A man called police after being sideswiped by a utility cart when he was walking near Geisel Library. The cart, driven by two females, did not stop.
Wednesday, April 4
1:40 a.m.: Welfare check
A male was discovered unconscious and snoring in a Tenaya Hall bathroom. A resident adviser claimed to have smelled alcohol on the student.
12:28 p.m.: Medical aid
A 50-year-old male was accidentally hit with a pipe wrench at Scholander Hall.
11:25 p.m.: Vandalism
Officers responded to Frankfurter Hall when a group of people, possibly intoxicated, broke the glass on a fire extinguisher. Quiet on arrival.
Thursday, April 5
11:13 a.m.: Suspicious person
A 6-foot-tall Asian male with short, spiky hair was seen outside the Women’s Resource Center. Field interview administered.
5:39 p.m.: Trespassing
Two subjects fished off of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography piers, despite the gate being locked. Field interview administered.
9:49 p.m.: Alcohol contact
Officers investigated a party bus that was parked in Lot 356 for possible alcohol. Field interview administered.
10:24 p.m.: General disturbance
Several males, described as older and possibly in the military, urinated on the back wall of Earl’s Place, then fled to the par course. One of the males pulled down his pants in front of a residential security officer.
