Summer Album Previews: Chemical Brothers – We Are the Night

There is no end to the fat beat-bubbles constantly pushing from under the time-tightened Brit-belts of the two lovable Chemical Brothers, and the fifth installment of their electronic wonderland easily upholds this effortless consistency.

The first single, “”Do It Again,”” skips with Britney-ready plastic synth, Justin-worthy falsetto courtesy of fellow flamboyant Englishman Ali Love and an inevitable Timbaland-echoing club-tribe beat that scoots to a short halt at just over three minutes. The track will be sandwiched with plenty of exotic foreign samples and the duo’s characteristic carbonated pulse, with a verse or two by lent former Pharcyde slur-rapper Fatlip.
