12:46 p.m.: Officers arrested a 41-year-old male nonaffiliate at UCSD Bookstore for petty theft and an outstanding felony warrant for possession of stolen property. Transported to County Detention Facility. Bail: $50,000.

1:30 p.m.: A 19-year-old male suffered a broken ankle while walking at York Hall. Subject sought private treatment.

3:20 p.m.: A staff member reported the theft of a laptop at Natural Science Building. Loss: $1,700.

9:43 p.m.: A student reported petty theft of cash at Tenaya Residence Hall. Loss: $255.

Monday, Jan. 5

12:42 a.m.: Officers arrested a 19-year-old student at Pepper Canyon Apartments for possession of less than 28.5 grams of marijuana. Cited and released.

9:19 a.m.: A student reported the theft of a purse at Groundworks Books. Loss: $25.

10:22 a.m.: A staff member reported the theft of a digital camera at Galbraith Hall. Loss: $380.

3:22 p.m.: A staff member reported the theft of lab equipment at Natural Science Building. Loss: $1,600.

Tuesday, Jan. 6

1:39 a.m.: Officers arrested a 30-year-old male nonaffiliate at Gilman Drive and Russell Lane for an outstanding misdemeanor for possession of a controlled substance. Booked into County Detention Facility. Bail: $5,000.

1:30 p.m.: A student reported the theft of a blue and white Diamondback Topanga B24 mountain bike at York Hall. Loss: $350.

2:40 p.m.: Officers arrested a 22-year-old male student in Lot 356 for reckless driving. Cited and released.

3:10 p.m.: A staff member reported burglary at Shiley Eye Center. Loss: $350.

2:20 a.m.: Officers detained a 19-year-old male nonaffiliate at the Marshall Apartments for being drunk in public. Transported to detox.

1:38 p.m.: A staff member reported receiving threatening phone calls at Mesa Early Childhood Development Center.

12:30 p.m.: A student reported the theft of a video camera at Media and Communications Center. Loss: $3,100.

7:35 p.m.: A student reported burglary to a red 2004 Chevy Tahoe in Lot 017. Loss: $2,730.

5 a.m.: A staff member reported vandalism at Oceanview Terrace. Damage: $50.

9:46 a.m.: A student reported the theft of a silver and red Specialized Allez Elite B27 mountain bike at RIMAC. Loss: $1,000.

10:14 a.m.: Officers arrested a 25-year-old male student for petty theft at UCSD Bookstore. Cited and released.

12:19 p.m.: A student reported the theft of cash from a shuttle. Loss: $150.

3:34 p.m.: A staff member reported vandalism at Birch Aquarium. Damage: $2,000.

9:45 p.m.: A 21-year-old male student suffered back injuries at Price Center after being dropped while crowd surfing at a concert. Transported to Thornton Hospital by paramedics.

10:21 p.m.: A 21-year-old female nonaffiliate suffered head injuries at Price Center in the mosh pit at a concert. Transported to Scripps Memorial Hospital by paramedics.

11:21 p.m.: Officers detained a 19-year-old male nonaffiliate at Price Center for being drunk in public. Transported to detox.

Saturday, Jan. 10

2:47 a.m.: Officers detained an 18-year-old male nonaffiliate at Stewart Hall for being drunk in public. Transported to detox.

9:30 a.m.: A student was reported missing from Revelle College since Jan. 8. Student located.

5:49 p.m.: A student reported vandalism to a vehicle at Lot 502. Loss: $2,000.

5:50 p.m.: A student reported vandalism to a vehicle at Lot 502. Loss: $1,000.

8:07 p.m.: Officers arrested a 30-year-old male student at Expedition Way for driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of marijuana while driving. Transported to Central Jail.

Sunday, Jan. 11

2:49 a.m.: Officers arrested an 18-year-old male nonaffiliate at Tenaya Hall for presenting a false driver’s license. Cited and released.
