Enjoy CINCO IN THE GASLAMP in downtown San Diego on Fifth Avenue and Island Street. The festival runs from 4 p.m. to midnight. The event features musical acts like Viva Santana, B-Side Players and Common Sense. There will be great Mexican food along with jalapeno eating contests. Over 20,000 are expected to attend.
