Apply to Write for Features

How to apply:

1. Write a two to three paragraph critique of one of the following features, discussing its strengths and weaknesses:
   • Life Under the Radar: Undocumented Students at UCSD
   • Retail Therapy: The Friends Resale Shop
   • Eliot Wirshbo – UCSD’s Latin Teacher

2. Write a sample feature on a person or group of your choice. The subject can be real or imaginary and you can make up the quotes, just keep it realistic. For a model on this kind of writing, check out the New Yorker or New York Times Magazine. Minimum 600 words.

3. Send us an email with your critique and sample feature attached as well as the following information:
